The Galaxy Hero Wiki
Galaxy Hero is an RPG Shoot-em-up (shmup) hybrid for the Android platform that was released on September 4th, 2011. It takes classic RPG elements such as leveling, adding points to statistics, and finding items and new weapons (beams), and it combines them with top scrolling battle mechanics.
This wiki is dedicated to providing information on weapons, items, stages, formulas, enemies, and everything else RPG or Shmup related. Questions, requests for new content, bugs/issues, and upcoming release info can be brought up in the forums.

My Ideology
I am an independent developer working by myself on what could one day be a massive game spanning hundreds of levels. I have put a great deal of thought and effort into each minor aspect of the game. While working I kept a single thought in mind: "Do not worry about what is profitable, focus on what makes a game truly an enjoyable experience." Games today focus entirely on what will sell the most copies, whether that includes enjoyable gameplay or not. They are often rushed, and include little to no outside user input in their design. I intend to focus on what the players want. This is why Galaxy Hero will not include ads and no content will be removed for a full version. With this model I do not expect to make any money, although I intend to create a truly enjoyable experience.
With this ideology in mind, here are my promises to you:
- I will NEVER remove content in order to make a profit in a "full-version".
- I will NEVER add degrading content, such as ads, that take away from the experience.
- I will NEVER add in-game purchases which give advantages to those who pay.
- I will work hard to focus on what the users want.
The best games are made by those who play.
